Kandy Qualifier day 1 update

Yesterday was day 1 of the SLCG '11 Kandy Qualifier held at the Kandy City Center. Call of Duty 4, NFS: MW, FIFA 11 and Mortal Kombat 9 was in full swing with close to 200 participants playing in front of a packed venue. The atmosphere was electric, with spectators cheering their teams and live shoutcasting by Dirk and IFuJ with the game projected onto a big screen behind the players.

Round 2 onwards of Call of Duty 4 and FIFA 11 will be played today, with only the semi-finals and finals of NFS: MW to be played.
